What to Expect
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a email confirmation at the time of booking, and again an hour before your tailor arrives.
We’ll come to the address you provided, listen to what you need, and guide you through each garment one by one. You’ll try on your items, we’ll pin them for comfort and fit, and confirm everything on the spot.
Then we take the pieces with us, tailor them to the exact specifications, and return them to the location of your choice. You’ll get another hour-ahead reminder before we arrive.
You can try things on again to make sure you love the fit — or, if you’re not available, we can leave your items with a doorman or trusted contact.
